Precautions and Warranty Information:
- Registration:
Register for warranty service within 14 days of purchasing your I-Smart Go product. - Warranty Coverage:
I-Smart Go provides warranty service for its products (warranty periods may vary by product or accessory; please refer to specific product descriptions for details). If a product is damaged or malfunctions under normal use within the warranty period, as confirmed by our technicians, I-Smart Go will provide free repair services. During the warranty period, all I-Smart Go products are covered by comprehensive maintenance and replacement services, as well as global liability insurance of up to 16 million. - Warranty Process:
If you encounter any issues with your I-Smart Go product, contact our customer service center directly. For warranty service, either:
a) Bring the product and purchase receipt to an I-Smart Go Customer Service Center, or
b) Send the product to our Customer Service Center via express mail or post for evaluation.
If we confirm that the product is not functioning normally due to physical issues, we will repair or replace it. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if they choose to send or receive the product by mail.
- Shipping Instructions:
When sending a product for repair:
a) Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs and must use prepaid or collect shipping methods. I-Smart Go is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
b) Include all original documents in the package, along with a description of the issue, your name, phone number, and return address.
c) After receiving the product, our service center typically takes 2-4 working days for inspection. We will then arrange return shipping via SF Express. The entire process may take 7-10 working days. - Warranty Terms:
- This warranty applies only to original, licensed I-Smart Go products. Second-hand, parallel imports, and counterfeit goods are not covered.
- Present the original, unmodified purchase receipt when requesting repairs. The receipt must clearly show the seller’s name, purchase date, and product type or serial number.
- I-Smart Go reserves the right to use the same or higher model products for repairs or replacements. All replaced parts become the property of I-Smart Go.
- Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
a) Third-party software, settings, content, data, or links.
b) Defects caused by mishandling or rough operation.
c) Damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow I-Smart Go’s instructions and warnings.
d) Damage from incorrect power connections or water/dirt exposure.
e) Damage from accidents or natural disasters.
f) Issues beyond I-Smart Go’s reasonable control.
g) Damage from exposure to extreme environmental conditions, corrosion, oxidation, or chemical effects. - Additional Information:
- Check repair progress via phone or email.
- Collect repaired products within 60 days of notification; unclaimed items may be disposed of without further notice.
- The warranty becomes void if the product has been repaired by unauthorized personnel, misused, or if the model/serial number has been altered or removed.
- I-Smart Go is not responsible for data loss, system errors, or indirect losses caused by product damage.
- Repair and maintenance services are only available within Singapore.
- I-Smart Go reserves the right of final decision on all disputes.
